The City of New Buffalo, Michigan is requesting sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. EST, on Wednesday, May 31, 2017, for the replacement of various sections of the City of New Buffalo Dunewalk.
The City of New Buffalo is seeking bids to replace multiple sections of the dunewalk at the New Buffalo City Beach. The work will begin when both parties have agreed upon a start date and the end date will be no later than Friday, June 30, 2017. Please quote individually and as a whole project.
The first section consists of stairs that measure 4’6” in length and 4’ in width, with a hand rail and safety rail and 44’ of straight boardwalk.
The second section is a landing that measures 12’ x 8’ with a hand rail and safety rail with a bench on one side.
The third section will consist of 32’ of staircase and 8’ of straight boardwalk both sections will have hand rail/guard rail.

Bids shall be sealed and clearly marked on the outside “Dunewalk Bid.”
The City of New Buffalo reserves the right to modify the sections of the Dunewalk as needed.
